can someone help with php support tickets, pls?

hello

my hosting is bluehost. i have an add on domain, that i want to add a support desk to.

i have the php support tickets zip. in the ftp i created a support folder for my add on domain in the root.

i went to my host and created a db.


so in that support folder, i uploaded the unzipped php support ticket files.

i did change the config.inc.php file


there was nothing in the index.php file i was told i could edit

all the editing was done in the config.inc.php file

when i typed the add on url into the browser, first i was getting errors on line 22.

then i changed it again.
now i only get 404 page error.


help, pls.

Not to be a smart butt here but you should contact Bluehost.com for some help.

 

I know that is is an old thread, but probable there is people still using PHP Support tickets

The 404 page error or 500 error are generic, for the exact error open your logs of your web server, or contact to your hosting provider asking them where the server stores logs.



I don't recomend to use PHP Support tickets, at least not the free version, the database has limitations in the design and the tickets are limited. Learn a bit of web programming and try other ticket systems, for those interested in a simple but powerfull ticket system we have Facil HelpDesk, also we have a free version.
