In addition to what Dan has already given you there are a couple of lines overlooked. Fix these too:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,Shellnext = http://qus8.hpwis.com/
    O2 - BHO: MyWebSearch Search Assistant BHO - {00A6FAF1-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D} - C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\SrchAstt\2.bin\MWSSRCAS.DLL
    O2 - BHO: mwsBar BHO - {07B18EA1-A523-4961-B6BB-170DE4475CCA} - C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\2.bin\MWSBAR.DLL
    O3 - Toolbar: My &Web Search - {07B18EA9-A523-4961-B6BB-170DE4475CCA} - C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\2.bin\MWSBAR.DLL
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
I'm not sure about these next two line with "one error.dll". Never saw them before. If you don't know what they are you may consider removing them.
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D107D3AA-08F2-2D89-79DE-010E37C143CE} - C:\PROGRA~1\LINKRO~1\one error.dll
    O3 - Toolbar: Tray32 - {32FB7BAD-9D1C-EF88-F621-0E6C924DC6CA} - C:\PROGRA~1\LINKRO~1\one error.dll

Reboot in safe mode and delete the following
    C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin\mwsoemon.exe
File search for ALCXMNTR.EXE and delete it.

Then open IE/Tools/Internet options/Programs and press Reset web settings
    Reboot in normal mode now.
Note one more thing. This line indicates you have a broken LSP chain:
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'spsublsp.dll' missing
Do not fix this line with HiJaak This. It needs to be repaired. I remember reading that SpyBot S&D may repair these otherwise LSPfix maybe be need. First download and run SpyBot S&D from her and give it a try.

    Thanks guys!! :)

I got almost all of it out. YAY!!

    I have one suggestion:

I'm not sure about these next two line with "one error.dll". Never saw them before. If you don't know what they are you may consider removing them.
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D107D3AA-08F2-2D89-79DE-010E37C143CE} - C:\PROGRA~1\LINKRO~1\one error.dll
    O3 - Toolbar: Tray32 - {32FB7BAD-9D1C-EF88-F621-0E6C924DC6CA} - C:\PROGRA~1\LINKRO~1\one error.dll

Tray32 is a pain in the you know what!! Next time you come around this tell them to check it.

    I have only one problem left over and that is this;

When I am in safe mode and I am searching for ALCXMNTR.EXE it will bring up 5 files but it will freeze half way through the search and I have to restart and try all over. It did it 5 times and I decided to ask you guys how to get around it.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Catracha,

You need to start your own thread to request help. It is not a good idea to post for help in a thread started by someone especially if it is for different problems. This only confuses everyone when trying to deal with the problems.

Tooker, are you saying you found 5 instances of ALCXMNTR.EXE even before the search finished? If so, delete the ones you have found and then reboot again in safe mode. Start again. I'm not sure if your search is dying from this or not. Next time you boot in safe mode, make sure you do not run anything else but HiJaak This and post a new log. Then delete the ALCXMNTR.EXE files you have found.

Here is some info about this program:

    Program Name: AlcxMonitor

    Executable Name: Alcxmntr.exe

Required: NO!! Virus, spyware, or resource hog Comments: Realtek AC97 Audio - Event Monitor. Sypware file used surreptitiously monitor one's actions. It is not a sinister one, like remote control programs, but is being used by Realtek to gather data about customers

chaslang, are you sugesting I delete those files in normal mode?

For some reason if I try to highlight them in safe mode it won't let me.

BTW, Thanks for the extra info about that file! I really appreciate the help!!

Anyway we can delete them! Reboot and immediately after boot, try to delete it. If that does not work try using the DelLater untility available here: http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=dellater to delete it.

Did you actually find 5 instances of the same name?
