    Hello!
I don`t know if asking my question is really correct, but I hope so.
I`ve sked this on other communities, but I really need immediate answear, so please help me! Here it is:
We`re upgrading our few years old system to new configuration. Here is it:
    • Dual Xeon-2.8 GHz CPU, 4Gb RAM, 1TB HDD
    • Xeon 7000 Sequence, 8GB RAM, 4 TB HDD
    • Intel Xeon DP 3.8F, 4 GB RAM, 2TB HDD
I`m running MS Windows Server 2003 R2 on old stuff. I want to install Windows Server Core R2, and manage it remotely, either iSCSI, while on other 2 – Widows Server 2008 R2. I`d like to install Server Core R2 to Xeon-2.8, to run Active Directory Domain Service and Hyper-V on it.
Also I`m thinking to purchase Discs Array HP StorageWorks MSA60. My old shared storage was managed by such iSCSI solution as SvSAN, but it`s no good for me now.
What would you adjust me, please?
    Thank you!

    Hi, Dino!
I would advise you to use StarWind or Datacore for managing your stuff.
    Regards

    Hello, Dino!
My advise is to use StarWind or Datacore for managing your stuff. I`m using first one.
    Regards.

When you say remotely manage can you define it better? there are many tools to do many different tasks.

I mean that I want to manage my 3 servers and shared storage using only one PC. I think that Pers advise is good. I`ll certainly take a look at StarWind and datacore for me.

Using RDP is not really usable, as for me. Quantity of opened windows in that case equals to the quantity of servers. In case of using StarWind the are only two windows - Microsoft Management Console and StarWind. And Using iSCSI allows you to backup and manage your shared storage much easier.

After testing StarWind I can agree with you. I like to use it. It`s pretty easy in use and dependable, with robust backup functions. Thanks to all of you for your responses
