Can`t upload attachments in Hotmail

    When I first sign into Hotmail, the line of icons starting with the file-upload attachment icon is there for a moment. I think the other icons are for Skydrive for Word, Power Point, and Excel attachments. Then the entire line of icons disappears. I use the attachment icon frequently, to share documents with colleagues. This happens when using both my pc (Fujitsu, Windows 7 Ultimate OS) and MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard OS), so it`s not the fault of the computer.

    I have Office 2010 on the pc and Mac`s Office (I think 2011) on the MacBook Pro.

    I live in Japan. The Fujitsu Lifebook AH771D is a Japanese machine (5 months old), and the MacBook Pro (1.5 years old) is likely a Japanese adaptation of the American machine. I use English software.

    What`s wrong, and what can I do about it?

    Hi

    What I would first try is to update Adobe Flash and Sun JAVA and then reboot and see if you can access the file upload options on the Windows PC.

    Cannot help with the MAC as I'm not a MAC user in the main.

    If both PCs are experiencing the same issue then you may need to speak to your ISP.
