Can you Help!!!!! Network Driver for remove network Card

Hi ive romoved a network card, removed the system from the network, but when i restart the computer keeps re installing the drivers and creating a network in network connections, this network is causing me problems with sending a request for a replecemnt key for web posion gold software, which i had problems with and was advised to uninstall and then re install, they sent this email back suggesting the ressaon for the error

I would recommend that you make sure that the WPG3 folder is not read only and it appears that you might be on a netowork. You may need to have your IT person double check the permissions for your computer and/or make sure that the WPG software was installed on a local drive rather than a network drive.
