Can you partition a drive, without deleting any information?

I currently have 3 partitions, and my C drive is below 500mb, I've deleted as much unneccessary files as I can. Some programs just need some c drive space even though they are installed on another drive. I have over 120GB available with both the drives. So my question is, is it possible to re partition my hard drives without deleting anything? If so, how?
