Cannot Access C Drive

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me, as I am a total blond when it comes to computers :-o When I click on the start button and go to any of my network connections, A or D drives and click on them I can access it immediately, but when I click on my C drive I cannot access it. If I right click and choose the Open option I can get in and when I do a search I can access my c drive, as well as saving a file from my network or downloads folder. This is probably a trivial problem, and it is annoying, so if anyone can assist me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Carol Miller

 

When you do a right click on your C: Drive in Windows Explorer, what is the selection in BOLD.
