cannot access https:\\accudataser.com

I am unable to access secure web sites (https:\\accudataser.com........)

Qwest DSL service
Actiontec 701 D gateway
Belkin F5D7230 wireless router
3 different computers: P4 2.8 ghz WinXP, I5 2.3 ghz Win7, Pent D3.0 ghz WinXP

I am running McAffee on two and Trend on one, I religiously run Anti malware & anti spyware following the procedures listed on this web site, including running Ccleaner, Diskkeeper... to date I have not found anything

Qwest claimed it was the modem so I replaced my 4 yr old Actiontec 701 WG but no improvement

We have manually addressing the dns- no difference

The tech at the bank is having this same problem with several customers in my local area- all are using Qwest dsl, the customers using cable modems have not reported any problems

After two hours of tech support with Qwest they have determined that this is a bank problem

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

I have tried to see where it hangs up using "tracert"- see attached screen shot

it goes thru a series of qwest hubs, then thru some sprint hubs then hangs after a dakota hub...

please help

 

Well, from the sounds of it, you are not the only person having a problem. So, I'd wait for the bank.

But, to test that https:// sites work, I'd try going to:

https://www.microsoft.com

I tried the the link to the secure microsoft site and got right thru- therefore one might guess it is the bank's problem. I will post more as info becomes available.
