Cannot access internet

windows xp . after uninstalling norton anti virus 2 times i now cannot access internet.when i go to device manager i have two yellow items:wan miniport(IP) symantec network security miniport & via rhine ethernet adapter symantec network security miniport. says windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. Driver may be corrupted or missing. Error code 39. Wont let me uninstall may be needed for boot. i see driver dowloads and others that might help but how do i download without internet access. Can i download from another computer and send to my pc
