I deleted AVG from ADD REMOVE and I bought the FSECURE SECURITY KIT from my provider.

In windows security center (it turns red) says:

WINDOWS FOUND MULTIPLE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS .... ALL OUT OF DATE .... OR ARE TURNED OFF....

The FSECURE has updated viruses everyminute ...

HOW CAN I COMPLETELY DELETE AVG ???

**** Also, when I scan files and folders it finds KAVICHS AVG files...
HOW CAN I GET RID OF THEM ? DO THEY TAKE SPACE IN MY COMPUTER ?

    Thanks !

Boot into safe mode. Reboot, tap the f8 key, choose safe mode. Unistall AVG.

    2 choices:

1: Reinstall AVG from safe mode. Reboot (into safe mode again) and try uninstalling it. This is the easier, best bet.

    2: Remove it from startup.

You may have gotten infected, or files were deleted, so were a bit more complicated from here. Try removing it from startup. Get Ccleaner http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_No_Yahoo_Toolbar_English_d4191.html

    Go to tools\startup

Remove the line you see in the attached image.

Could you cut back on the caps key please, its kind of annoying, thanks :)

Following MA's advice, just some other things to look/search for,

Open Task Manager: ctrl + alt + delete

    If exist, End Process:

    avgemc.exe
    avgamsver.exe
    avgupsvc.exe
    avgcc.exe

If exist, delete the following folders:

    C:\Program Files\Grisoft
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVG7
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Grisoft

NOTE: Caution, you may want to create a System Restore point before editing the registry

Search the registry for all references of Grisoft and Delete
Search the registry for all references of AVG and Delete

    Reboot

    Thanks !

Make sure startup items are gone, what your doing now is manually deleting files, which is ok, if you can remove everything. If it is gone great, but if not a reinstall and uninstall will work.

Ccleaner still sees grisoft as a utility .... after all these I've done.

So, I guess the only solution is to install and unistall avg as you told me here below ??

I think that will work, do it from safe mode so the 2 dont conflict, which probably started this problem.
