Cannot connect to wireless internet

I am unable to connect to my wireless internet. It was working perfectly last time I connected here (a few weeks ago; I am at my family's home), and it was working perfectly from my own connection a few hours ago. My signal strength says excellent, it says I am connected to the network, but I can't get the internet to work at all. I clean my laptop regularly, and no viruses have been found. PLEASE help; this is driving me MAD.

Hi

If you have a software firewall, try disabling it as its possible this new network is not yet been allowed through the firewall, so if when disabled you can connect to the internet, check network settings in the firewall you have. (if using just the Windows firewall dont bother as its outgoing blocks are virtually no existant so wont likely be the cause).

Delete your temps and cookies as well.

I ended up calling Linksys, who changed some settings remotely and made it work. Apparently I had a static IP address set for some reason.
