Cannot connect with CheckPoint Safe@Office with VPN-1 SecuRemote

Installed new Check Point Safe@Office W500 and have established a Site-to-Site VPN that is working fine.
I am set up with a user with full administration rights.
I have downloaded and installed the Check Point VPN-1 SecuRemote software on my notebook computer.
I have read the Check Point manual, but it jumps around so much, I don't know what steps are necessary to set up at the office to make it allow me to connect my laptop with SecuRemote.

I am new to all of this and don't understand which steps I need to take.
I don't want to add anything that will screw up my Site-to-Site connection that is working.
