Cannot Delete File....

Hi,

I have a file (Mpeg) that I am unable to delete or move. If I try to delete it I get the message "unable to delete, this program is in use by another person or program". I am fairly certain that no program is running that could be using it and I have tried to delete it immediately after a reboot to try and ensure that no programs are running that could be using it. Can anyone suggest what the problem may be and a possible solution?

if you have the web view enabled in the folder where the media player will show up on the left and start to play the movie, then it technically "is in use" and will give you that error. turn off the web view in that folder and try to delete it then.
