cannot delete MSIAF.tmp

hello guys. i recently uninstalled a programme called voyetra record produce deluxe
but it seems to have left behind a temp file called MSIAF.tmp which has something to do with audio surgeon by voyetra/turtlebeach and is impossible to delete.
i uninstalled with revo uninstaller and this deleted all the registry values but this temp file won't go.
i would have liked to have used the programme and kept it but coudn't find an activation code to use the full features as it was a trial version and voytra /turtlebeach
have discontinued the product. if anyone knows where i can find information about the activation key
for this programme then i would be grateful if not then i would really like to delte it altogether by getting rid of this temp file
any help would be very much appreciated

cheers david. now why didn't i think of that? sometimes the simplest solutions are the last ones we think of. yep deleted from safe mode did the trick. that move on boot seems like a decent programme though think i'll keep it just in case. much appreciated dave.
