I get this message "cannot delete Lord of the Rings -the two towers cd1: it is being used by anouther person or program. close any programs that might be useing the file and try again"

and not just about that, about anything i try and delete, or anything i try to restore from the recycle bin, every now and then it lets me, i download things from kazaa and then can't delete it, no one else is downloading it from me at the time, and i completely shut down kazaa, and it will not let me.

does anyone know what program/prosess or whatever i need to end for this, or a way to figure out what program or prossess it thinks is useing it.
    thanky,

i find that when i restart my computer before i let any programs at all begin, that i am usually able to delete the files, i realized that all the files that i had trouble deleteing where in my shared folder of Kazaa, so i think that somehow kazaa was still holding them or something. i look in task manager often for this sort of stuff but honestly i don't know what more than half of the running proccesses are , or which ones are nececary.

i allso wonder if the way XP works with haveing differant users,
this is something i don't understand much, i have to be in master user mode in order to install or change anything, but it seems as though some programs will can't run in normal user mode unless i install them there allso, so sometimes i end up haveing two copies of the same program, which i am sure is not the way things were intended. that is off subject but i just wonder if somehow something in anouther user is holding onto a file. i am just one computer, not a network, and have only 2 users Master User, and 2ndary user. guest is turned off.

as my name sugests, i don't know allot about how all of this works.
    thanks for help though,
