Cannot download attachments

I am having problems downloading attachments. I recieve some files as attachments on a daily basis and usually open with no problem. Now whenever i try to open file sent as attachments for adobe, excel, word and powerpoint i keep getting the message that the file cannot be found or that the file cannot be read. I just can't access these attachments. Thanks.

 

Are you using Outlook?
Tool's / Options /security settings?

Yes I tried this but it does not help. I keep getting the message that the file was not found. Thanks.
