Cannot download J2SE

Following the instructions in the forum and link provided, I tried to download J2SE (Sun Java Runtime Environment 6). However, I'm not allowed to run it. (have tried several times already).Message given is :

c:\documents & settings\administration\local settings\temporary internet files\content IE5\I3WN8901\jre-6-windows-i586 is not a valid win32 application.

Please advise what I must do.

I'm using OS wind professional. Also, I have already removed Microsoft Java Virtual Machine v1.1.4 Removal Tool . Currently its sitting on my desktop. Thanks.
