Cannot Drag and drop icons

    Hi everyone for someon reson I can't drag and drop icons be it on the desktop or in a folder. The only problem that I had recently was an "unmountable device" error I was getting at startup but I repaired it with my XP disk and everything else seems fine so I doubt that has anything to do with it.

    Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it. I'd appreciate the help Thanks :)
