    One computer... Bios is corrupt....maybe

    But two?

I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of.

All I am trying to do is change the boot order to boot from USB so I can move on from windows 10 x86 to windows 10 x64

These are regular desktop computers simply to access files via the network.
    • Changed power options so I wasn't booting in fast mode.
    • System Information - No model number but its the same as all other computers so I know its f2 to enter bios but I have tried all of them
    • Advanced Options - I installed windows in LEGACY mode apparently so UEFI option not available
    • Shutdown /r /fw /t 1 - Boot to firm not supported
    • Took Battery out and left out over night to any
    • No graphics card attached
    Help

Couple more tidbits I never mentioned.

    No beeps at startup
If I click f2 f4 f10 I get a black screen...all other keys are ignored and windows opens

Really need to know the manufacture of the PC / Mobo to know for sure how to enter BIOS. Does it pop-up when you turn them on? Record it on your phone and play it back when you can pause or slow down the screens flashing by. BIOS doesn't have a legacy mode - it is legacy, so you have a UEFI to select legacy mode from.
Disconnect the drive so it will not boot, that may default to entering BIOS "to select a boot device"
Still confused - "can't get into BIOS" yet you've changed boot modes???
Are you 100% the item you're trying to boot is bootable?

    Thanks for the help.

Here is the info at startup…

it says cd and hard drive supported ONLY but here are the bios from an exact duplicate that supports USB boot.

Btw I did try to install from CD but that doesn’t seem to work either….but I haven’t installed windows from cd in so many years that maybe I am doing it wrong

You are not going to believe this but I was in the net looking for info and found someone who said a simple monitor switch was his solution.

figured wouldn’t hurt since they are right next to each other and sure enough I can see bios.

Sadly after changing the drive order and all. Won’t boot to USB or CD.

attached are pics of my Rufus config and BIOS config.

So did it find the CD? Say it wasn't bootable? Try downloading Ventoy, make a USB with that tool, then boot.
It sees an external USB 3? Tried an onboard port?

Guess I am moving on from RUFUS.
