Cannot find the problem with my cable speed

I have been trying everything to see why my cable modem speed is so slow on my computer. I have WIndows XP on a new HP Media Center. My ISP says the connection and modem are running good speeds but my computer is causing me to have slow connection speeds. I have gone through all of the Spyware and VIrus initial steps listed on this site. I have Zonealarm installled but it is slow even when I shut that down. I have cleaned out my registry and hard drive. My computer itself is very quick, so I don't believe it is that. I used to run through a wireless router and now have a direct connection. Hopefully that is enough info for you guys to help me out. I am attaching my hijackthis logfile and will post this in the spyware forum also. THanks in advance. Edaw31
