Cannot get into MSN!!!

    Hi all,

    Today I cannot sign into MSN. Normally when I open the file up, my username is already populated and I click on sign-in.

    Today, my username is blank. I tried to enter my details but get a message back saying 'Sorry, we were unable to sign you in to the MSN MEssenger at this time' I then get some options to troubleshoot which I did and the test results were all ticked.

    Very strange. Since yesterday, I have not installed any new files so I'm not sure why this is not working. Any ideas? Oh, by the way, I tried a re-install but this didn't work.

    Glad you fixed it and even more so you took the time to post your resolution so thanks for that :) as it may help someone else with similar issue.


    as the your question why? one possible is that did you just update to the latest version? if so the installer may just not have re-registered that DLL you registered to fix your problem... this does happen on occasion sadly.
