My computer (Dell XPS8500) running Windows10 Pro behaves in a manner suggesting a virus of some kind. Executing (clicking) on programs does not always result in the program being executed,(nothing happens, as if nothing was clicked), and after multiple clicks things start to happen. Most distressing is when I am connected to the internet (IE11). If I attempt to go to a site (usually habitat.org or hotmail.com, google, and others) the windows opens and is blank. After about 10 to 15 seconds, the connection begins. Often when in a site, hyperlinks don't quickly act. Some pages load as blank pages. All this suggestw to me some sort of infection, although the scans are not. Attached are the scan logs suggested. Thank you for what ever help you can suggest.

Re run Hitman Pro, enable/activate the free trial and allow it to remove all it finds except for the Itibiti and AdvSysProtector entries.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Re run Hitman Pro again (just a scan) and upload new log please.
    Same for RogueKiller.
MGTools did not run correctly. You have uploaded a very incomplete set of logs. Re run it again, this time ensuring protection software is enabled, that UAC is disabled, and that you are indeed running it as admin.
Then upload the new MGlogs.zip once done.

Please do not install anything new or make any changes to this machine until we have finished up here! Thanks. :)

Re run RogueKiller and on the files tab have ot remove this entry:
    • [Root.Wajam][Folder] C:\Program Files\6327affe8f2ab052a82686437dfc33b0

Now after reboot, rescan with RogueKiller (just a scan) and upload the new log.

Overall the system seems to be running much better. It still hangs on execution of program calls, but even those hang ups are shorter and less fequesnt than before. Thank you for all the time you put into assisting me.

You are most welcome. Safe surfing! :)

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
