Cannot install Kerio,almost messed up my PC

Hi,I cannot install Kerio Firewall I've tried it twice and still cannot install. The first time I uninstall Zone Alarm then I started Kerio to install,all went good and it ask me to restart. Well that's when the problem started,PC rebooted then my monitor when black with my cursor in the middle and nothing. Stayed like that forever. I shut down my PC,waited a min. and reboot only to get that black screen again ( did a ctrl alt del and seen the windows did not load ). I had shut down,reboot in safe mode then do a system restore to get windows running.
That was last week,the second time I tried yesterday,this time I uninstalled ZA completely ( everything in registry ) shut down my NOD 32 anti-virus,shut down spysweeper. Then I installed Kerio,went though the steps,did a restart and got the same black screen and windows did not load like last time. Had to get into safe mode and do another system restore. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,,,what's up with this. My system is clean,all my scans show nothing,ran Hijack and that was clean also,everything is running at its best ( Knock on Wood ).

Hello Norby,this happen to my brothers computer when trying to install kerio. I'm trying to get in touch with him now,I'll let you know how he fixed it.
