Cannot Install Mcafee

    OS..Windows7

    Kaspersky will not installed without first un-installing" McAfee Site Advise", I have tried installing it many times from control panel,but it just stays there refusing to un-install.

    Any solutions to this problem please(other than suggesting not to install Kaspersky,Ive paid for it)

    Hey sikvik wish i'd spoken to you earlier on in the week, sorted a mates laptop out for him and it took me an absolute age to get rid of McAfee, didn't know there was an uninstall tool here in MG :-o do now though ! ;)

    Hi

    Just to add to Sikvik's post you also may need to run the McAfeee uninstaller as an Admin as you have Win7, so right click it and choose Run As Administrator.
