Cannot install Nero 12

    I am trying to install Nero 12 after a factory re-install. I keep getting this message about half way "Data Error ( cyclic redundancy check)".
    Any help appreciated. T.I.A.

    A CRC error means there's a bad area on your hard drive, or the fault could be within the software itself. From where are you trying to install Nero?

    If the CRC error list C, it is your hard drive; if it lists D then it is the CD itself.

    This will get the files off the CD
    http://www.roadkil.net/program.php?ProgramID=29
    so you can burn to another CD.
    There is a portable version so you don't need to install unstoppable copier.

    Thanks to all for the replies, psco2007 gave me a link to download, added my Lic. worked fine, Nero disk is bad.
