I am not able to select restore points that were either created automatically or manually. I can create one, reboot and see the point that I just made, but after the next day or so I the point is gone, no bold dates are visable and I cannot move the calander back to look at old points. Any suggestions?
    Thanks

It is possible that your restore is set too small to keep the restore point.

Or some startup program is configured to clean them out. Try setting one, then rebooting to safe mode to see if it is still there.
