Cannot log onto Internet, HELP

No matter what I do, I cannot get onto the internet. Everything worked fine until I uninstalled PC TOOLS Virus and restarted my computer. Now no matter what, nothing works. I have uninstalled the drivers, checked the cables, ran new cable, checked the , modem, EVERYTHING.

Nothing works. I ran ping and it came back. When I checked properties of the network, it was sending but not receiving. The light flickers in the back of the computer just like it is working.

I honestly cannot figure this out. Anyone have any advice?

How do I install a new Browser If I cannot get into the internet? can I install one on a floppy from my other computer?

 

run an ipconfig in command prompt and copy that into here. also disabling and reenabling the NIC sometimes works. shouldnt really jump right into uninstalling drivers either.

 

Do you have a setup disc from your internet provider, if so run it again. I really dont see the relation here but, strange things happen. ed
