Cannot Port Forward Rust Server (it Worked Three Days Ago)

Hello: I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I run a Rust server from my gaming PC. I'm familiar enough with the router setup to know how to create the ports, tell it which IP address to use, etc. However, after the latest update from Facepunch, I can no longer see my Rust server in the server list. I can enter my game via client.connect, but can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've checked the firewall and made sure there's a rule there allowing the server to get traffic. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world, but I can generally troubleshoot stuff happening on my PC (mainly, issues require a Windows update and the problems go away.) But I haven't a clue here. The game loads properly. All drivers are up to date, the firmware on the router is up to date, and Windows 10 is up to date. Should I try changing the subnet? A friend set it up to use 10.0.0.X ; I was wondering if I was to change it back to‎ 192.168.1.1, whether it would (a) fry my whole wifi system or (b) perhaps fix the issue. I have a friend who can perhaps walk me through setting up a subnet, but I was wondering how much knowledge this requires, and whether it's something I can do myself. (He said himself he was stumped as to why it wouldn't show up, since it was working just a few days ago.) The subnet was changed back in the day so it would be static. I'm running the server from my gaming PC, btw - and the problem started after I got a new iPad (which apparently changed the subnet numbers.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
