Cannot Re-enable Windows Multi-clipboard And Emoji Picker Window!

Hello,

I'm running Windows 10 20H2, It is a new installation, after few days I cannot use Windows's multi-clipboard feature (Win logo + V) and emoji picker window (Win logo + .) for no reason I think!
I googled this issue and applying a lot of the following solutions but the issue is still!

• Enable/Disable clipboard history from settings.
• Creating a new Local/Microsoft account.
• Enable clipboard history with Group Policy Editor.
  
• Restart Windows Explorer.
  
• Edit Registry to enable Clipboard history.
  
• Re-running repclip.exe as administrator.

Also, I tried to re-install Windows OS completely and installing my daily use software and the two features work perfectly after few days it stops working for no logical reasons, and during these few days I'm not installing anything!

Kindly help me to sort these problems out.
