cannot remove file!

hey all i bought command and conquer red alert not knowing it was windows 95 compatible and i know it should still work as i have xp pro but it doesn't so i have returned the game to the store and now i cannot remove it off of my computer i have tried going to add remove programs and when i click remove on it, it does nothing it flashes like it is gonna do something but doesn't it is still there

if anyone knows how to help me please let me know thanks
