Cannot Remove Spyware

Hi all

Norton anti -virus found the following problem.
c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6J63IDYB\B\dhcjb(1).html

When I did a full Norton Scan the Adaware.DealHelper appeared. I ticked the box for it to be removed and deleting appeared next to the file name. A new box then appeared saying exlude or skip. I clicked skip as I did not want this file excluded from the next scan and a message appeared saying that the file had not been deleted. I have run Adaware Personal, Spybot and CWShredder in safe mode and with restore points turned off but it still shows up after a scan.

Not sure what to next. Can anybody please help as this is really frustrating.

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
