Cannot uninstall NAV2003

Hi,I cannot uninstall NAV 2003 on my computer,when I try to uninstall in using add and remove program I get this error ( error 16 could not access network location \document and setting \all user\desktop ) So I tried the Romove tool from Symantec and that does nothing either. Someone have any ideals. I've done all my scans and I have no virus's or adware.

Well -after reading some and following a few links depending upon your sys config and how you installed NAV
This will take you all the way thru to the actual reg codes and Should clean it.

If all else fails I removed it recently using an app called "Your Uninstaller! 2006" has a 21 day free trial and will uninstall apps using the normal uninstallation processes but then will scrub the registry of any traces and hunt out and find any "orphaned" files/folders associated with the program and remove them as well. It worked like a charm and I could find no traces.

 

Well I deleted some NAV folders and then it let me uninstall it thanks again for all your help.
