cann't get internet explorer

I have a xp running system and a couple of day a ago internet explorer 7 disappear and I cann't download it either I been using firefox which i don't mind the other thing is that when I go to print something out of my e-mail I get this notice the reads

line:2021 and some time2258

The computer run fine beside this,I have try to down load explorer without any luck I think I have a bug or something because of the was she acts I hope this make some sense out of this. like allway thank
