Canon iP1000 driver for Windows 7

PLEAE - Does anyone know where I can get a Windows 7 driver for my Canon iP1000 printer. I know it is an old printer, but there is nothing wrong with it. Canon have been working on obtaining a new driver for months now and still haven't come up with a new one. I am getting desperate as I need to print documents today.

Try the XP driver in compatibility mode. Just right-click on the installation file, select properties, then select the compatibility tab, tick the "run in compatibility mode for" checkbox, and choose XP in the list.
