I've got a friend that has a Canon F60 multifunction printer, copier, scanner, and when you print out a picture from the computer...it looks like one of the three colors is completey missing!! You can see it in each individual swipe of the head...one swipe looks like the yellow is missing, then the next swipe looks like the blue is missing, then the next is back to the yellow missing...it alternates back and forth!!

Now here's the tricky part....When you use the scanner to do a direct copy of a photograph...it comes out beautiful!!!!!

I redone all the drivers...even downloaded new ones and tried them...done all kinds of deep cleaning of the heads, etc., etc.,...pretty much all I can think of that can be done on the consumer end!!!

Anybody got any more ideas, or thoughts!!!???
