Canon printer banding

    My client's boyfriend bought her a Canon Pixma MP210 for Christmas. Ever since she has not been able to print properly, because of banding. Despite doing Nozzle Checks, cleaning print heads (deep clean as well), alignment tests, nothing works; I've exhausted all the tests.

    The driver version is MP 1.00, and there are no driver updates available.

    The OS is Windows Vista Premium SP1 with 2GB RAM and a 160GB hard drive
