Hi, I need help, scanner stopped working, I uninstalled the software and reinstalled with a message the twain drivers had not been installed. I followed guidance from the canon site and removed any reference of the scanner from the Device manger. When I plugged in the scanner to the PC, I should see a wizard, confirming, new hardware has been detected, and I’m not. It is although there is something remaining on my PC which thinks the scanner is still installed. I have tried scanner on another PC and it is working, can any one help.
