Can't access folders?

I did a system restore about a month ago. I have 3 user accounts (Windows XP). My wifes user name, and my daughters both kept their document folders, etc. My account, "owner" seems to have been recreated, as all my stuff is gone. I just noticed while using windows explorer that I do in fact have a folder called "Owner" (my new one says "owner...with my computer name). I can't access my OWNER folder, which contains over 4500 family digital pictures.

How can I gain access to this folder again? My wife will kill me if I can't regain all those pictures.
