Hi, I have 2 network adapters on my mainboard (system A). The gigabit Lan is wired to my DSL modem, while the 100mb Lan is wired to my render computer (system B). I have no problem what so ever transferring files between systems A and B. However, when A and B are connected I have troubles (on A) with IE finding the internet. I am able to "dial up" my DSL connection, but when I click IE, it searches for a while then reports a dns error. For IE to connect, I must disable my A-B connection in the task bar. After I do that, IE finds the internet right away. After that I re-enable my A-B connection and everything works fine. A minor pain in the butt work-around but tolerable.

However, if I'm in the middle of a long render job and I have to re-connect to the internet I am out of luck since disconnecting the A-B connection would kill the render task and I would have to start over.

Is there any way to make windows search the gigabit dsl connection for the internet first and not the A-B connection?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
    Jen.

Thanks for your help. Do I need to run ICS even though I don't use system B to access the internet?
