Can't Access Msconfig

Good day All - Running Win XP Pro. When I try to access msconfig via the run line I get nothing. Tried to open from the Msconfig.exe with no luck. Is there another way to access or is this a symptom of a bigger problem?

I have to agree with the malware possibility. Your best bet is to read and follow the excellent instructions found in the malware removal thread.
