Cant access router

    192.168.0.1 will not bring up my DI-604 I keep getting a search page!

    any suggestions?

    Can you ping the router?

    I.E., Click START, then RUN, then type in cmd (press enter).
    ping 192.168.0.1 (press enter).

    You should see something like the following:

    @ the command prompt, type ipconfig and paste what it says...

    Are you certain that the router is at 192.168.0.1? Also, have you tried resetting it? (just unplug it and plug it back in)

    yep was on there already just cant get back, and i have reset both router and modem seperate and together.

    Have you tried pressing (and holding) in the reset button to reset the router to default?

    Also, after resetting the router, you might try turning off the cable modem, router, and PC for 30 seconds. Then turn them on in the order of modem, router, then PC. Make sure that each one has finished booting up before you go to the next one.
