cant access some webpages

saw a thread about this but couldnt post a reply on it????

did the hoster thing but it didnt change anything, still cant get onto ebay and yahoo.

did hijackthis and here is what it came out with, what should i get rid of?

also MSN messenger and skype keep signing me out all the time every 10-30mins, any ideas?? could this be linked to the webpage problem??

Ok chill. First we need some info, not a hijack this log, as that should be posted in the spyware forum.

Second heres some questions
1. Who provides your internet connection
2. Connection type? Dialup, DSL, cable, wireless? Something Else?
3. Version of windows?
4. Router?
5. Firewall?
6. Have you tried your internet service problem to see if they are having issues?

2)broadband, was wireless but ive connected it via a cable
3)xp SP2
4) philips sna6500
5)kaspersky
6)yup, told me they could fix it, made me clear all my cache and cookies etc etc, that didnt work, put me and hold for 10mins then said they couldnt fix it. great.

i can access ebay and yahoo during the day but not after 6ish.

msn signs me out automatically all day everyday.

this is as far as i get on ebay, ive left it for 30mins loading but it does nothing.
yahoo wont even load the sign in page.

its really annoying me as i have a business to run and i cant get into it.

What lights are on the modem, and do they change when things stop functioning.

not that i have noticed, the router is brand new out the box. had the same prob with the old safecom router which makes me wonder where the probv really lies?

 

im gonna say its an isp problem and you should call back, either ask for a sup or a second level support person to actually fix your problem.

after hours of fcuking about i found out what is happening.

i have been put on the bad boys list becuase i download "excessive" amounts of data durning peak times. i cant get on any HTTPS site during 6pm and 11pm due to them being encrypted with RC4 which takes up a lot of bandwith or something.

so tomorrow it will be BYE BYE TISCALI, what a complete and utter FARSE, even the blokei phoned said nothing about it, said my computer was busted, what a pillock.

That happens, don't be to hard on the poor guy that answers the phone because often they don't get info like that.
