can't access the address bar

    Hello,

    can anyone tell me how to access the address bar in the Internet Explorer browser. Even though I click on "View" & then on "Toolbars" & then on "Address Bar", it never appears

    The address bar is the one you type into to go places, such as www.google.com or www.majorgeeks.com - is that showing?

    What version of IE are you using?

    And if the address bar isn't showing, HOW are you getting places??? Would have to be tricky and frustrating!!!
