Ok the problem is that the computer wont show any microphone options, when I click the volume thingy on the bottom right corner, and then open up options-properties the others scroll thingy isnt enabled, an the options that mention microphones only show up on recording, how can Ifix this?

Possibly by updating sound card drivers. You can check control panel, sound and audio devices to see that the mike is properly selected as a recording device as well.

What audio driver do you have?

Im using an Intel driver, and I finally managed to make it work within the program itself, however all of the other programs wont recognize any sounds from the mic, also I have to literally yell for it to recognize my voice, however when I tap the mic it records it perfectly, by the way I cant raise any mic volume options because the ones in the intel program are maxed out and they dont show up on the regular volume settings options.

If by Intel audio, you mean SoundMax, I've had nightmare problems with SoundMax in the past. If it's actually 'true' Intel audio (like the 82801 AC97 audio codec), try updating your chipset software (should be Intel also) and then update the audio driver. Also, see if your BIOS has a setting for 'PnP OS Installed?" and set it for 'No'. That can sometimes resolve on board device driver issues by re-allocating resources and IRQ's and such....

PS- I know that some people are just trying to help by suggesting a certain driver and whatnot, but I see that the RealTek audio driver is recommended to MANY people, far too often, even when it's stated that the problem is with non-RealTek audio (Intel in this case). Trying to force the wrong driver to install can cause real problems. True, many motherboards these days have RealTek sound chips (mine does), but recommending that people install it when clearly it's not the chip in question is...... well, you get the idea. I know everyone is here to help (or be helped as the case may be), but let's try to be sure that we actually offer helpful advice.... thank you for listening to my rant. I'll return to virtual obscurity now.... ;)
