Can't autoupdate any program or use any form of p2p! Please Help!

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read this.
I am taking a problem that I thought to be malware to this forum as advised by Chaslang, who didn't see any malware in any of my logs.

Something else to add, there are various sites that do not allow me to access them when trying to update programs as well, including The website needed to update java, windows, and steam. I am seriously considering reinstalling Windows at this point, but I am not entirely certain it would solve my problem. I am connected to a router, and my internet connection appears to be working fine other than the problems I mentioned and the windows sidebar apps in question are still not updating, and stuck on the day they stopped working. My wife's laptop is connected to a router as well, and she does not appear to be having the same problems.

Well, I tried all of that, and it didn't help, so i went ahead and reinstalled windows.. yay... oh well, atleast it's fixed!
