   XP Pro :When I try to backup my files onto cd or dvd rom, tt claims that the disc is full. Even though the dvd-r disc is new and blank. Any suggestions?

   Simple answer is to try another set of dvd/cdr's. I get this sometimes with certain brands. Then if it is the same result, the issue is more complex.
