Can't boot computer

    not sure if this is malware or something else but i can't boot my computer. When i boot normally i get passed the loading screen with the windows icon then it goes black never makes it to the log in in screen At first i thought it was just something with he resolution so i tried loading it in safe mode and it get stuck loading at multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\windows\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys I don't know what to do if I can't boot it at all


    FYI i am using my laptop to post on this forum
