Can't Boot To Windows 7, After Resetting Bios Password

I think I just made a BIG mistake. I wanted to access my Bios but it was Intel Management password protected. So I read on the net how to remove the blue password jumper from the mother board (two pin PSWD) and remove the memory battery. I powered down and unplugged and did that procedure. I started the computer, then I shut off at the Windows splash screen. Powered down and unplugged again and reinstalled the blue jumper and battery.

Now I can't get Windows to load no mater what I try.
I tried Startup Repair, it said it can't repair.
I tried System Restore, from different restore points, but it didn't work.
I tried to boot from Safe Start but Windows wouldn't load.

I have a Windows repair cd that I made when I got the computer and I tried to boot from the CDROM and it says loading Windows files, but it won't launch Windows. Maybe I'm using the repair disk wrong?

I'd at least like to save my documents that were on my computer, is that possible?
The one option I didn't try was reinstall Windows as it said all personal data will be lost!

Dell Optiplex 780 desktop tower, with Windows 7 Home edition

 

Open up the Dell and disconnect and remove the hard drive. Attach it to a working computer, either by mounting it in a spare bay or by using a USB drive caddy. You will then be able to copy off your personal files and anything else you want.
