Can't click links from desktop

Hello,

I am having troubles. I can't click any links for the information boxes from products like Ad aware and Pest patrol or my Firewall.

I just ran Ad-aware, Pest Patrol and Bug Eliminator. And got rid of a lot of things. But I can't figure out what is keeping me from being able to click the links in the information boxes.
I have Windows XP.

A little more information:

I can't click on links in my email in Outlook Express. Maybe they are related?

Just to make sure we understand the problem. When you say you can't click on links in email, you mean you click them and nothing happens, correct?

There is one missing. It's Browseul.dll, would you know where I can get one?

Also is there anyway, you know of that I can find out what happened to it? I downloaded and ran the programs in my first post because of this problem.
