Can't Complete Trend Micro Housecall

    I can't get 100% dnload of program. Clicking on Desktop Icon (98% & stops)tells me:
    "C:\WINDOWS|Desktop\setup-1.exe is not a valid 32 application."
    Can one of you Major Geeks help me out here, please.
